If you were closer
I would invite you for tea —
tea from Vienna.

Today, it steeps just for me
Missing your gracious presence.

A long time ago I thought I would become a chemist! I have been in the world of science throughout my years. I think writing and particularly haiku and its forms are like chemistry.
