A long time ago I thought I would become a chemist! I have been in the world of science throughout my years. I think writing and particularly haiku and its forms are like chemistry. They are a distillate of a larger mass and require some technique and work to arrive there. I am a chemist/poet.

And life goes on! It was high 60s here today following our all day snow last Friday. Since it was Tuesday which I try to keep open to do something I want to do, I loaded my bike and went down to Lewes to ride the trail from there to Rehoboth and back.
